PAIZA MONEY MANAGER

Last updated: 19 October 2026. This notice describes the current PAIZA Android build. PAIZA is in preparation for its Google Play release. Premium cloud synchronization and Google Play purchases are not yet activated.

Your financial records

PAIZA stores the account names, balances, income and expenses, categories, notes, tags, budgets, assets, savings goals, money-lent records and recurring/EMI schedules you enter in its private on-device database. The current build does not automatically upload these financial records to Firebase. Your local database is not separately encrypted by PAIZA; Android app storage and device security protect it. A PIN or biometric lock restricts access to the app interface.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Firebase Authentication process your Google identity, such as your account identifier, email address and profile information, to authenticate you. Connecting a Google account currently does not restore or synchronize your financial records. Cloud sync will only be described as available after it has been activated and tested.

Optional bank SMS detection

With your permission, PAIZA examines recognized incoming financial SMS on your device. Detected transactions wait in a review inbox; an entry is created only after you approve it, and you can edit it first. PAIZA does not read your old SMS history or upload SMS bodies through its financial-sync feature. It filters recognized OTP and failed-transaction messages. Detection can be wrong, so review every suggestion.

Advertising and service providers

The free app includes Google AdMob banner advertising. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares information such as IP address, device/account identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to infer approximate location. Consent choices are presented where applicable. PAIZA does not send your ledger entries, bank SMS bodies, PIN or biometric templates to advertisers.

See Google Privacy Policy, AdMob data disclosure and Firebase privacy information. Providers may process data in countries other than your own. The PAIZA website is hosted by Google Blogger, which may process website usage information under its own privacy policy.

Permissions and app security

PAIZA uses internet/network access for Google sign-in, advertising and configured online services; optional SMS access for incoming transaction detection; optional notifications for reminders; biometric authentication for app unlock; and boot handling to reschedule background work. PAIZA does not request your contacts, precise location, camera or microphone. Android handles fingerprint/face authentication; PAIZA does not receive biometric templates. PINs are stored as salted hashes rather than plain text.

Backups, exports and future Premium sync

When available to your membership, PDF and CSV exports contain readable financial records. PAIZA backup files use password-based authenticated encryption; remember your password because it cannot be recovered by PAIZA. A backup saved through Android's file picker to Google Drive or another provider is stored under that provider's terms. Keep exported copies and backups secure.

Planned Premium Firebase sync uses server-managed encryption of financial snapshots, rather than end-to-end encryption: the trusted backend can decrypt records to provide synchronization. It is not active in the current release candidate. Device PINs, biometric data and the pending SMS review inbox are excluded from financial cloud snapshots. This notice will be updated before cloud synchronization is enabled.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Local records remain on your device until you delete them, clear PAIZA's app storage or uninstall the app. Exports and backups remain in the location you selected until you remove them there. Signing out does not erase local records, and deleting a PAIZA profile does not delete your Google account.

To request deletion of your PAIZA sign-in profile and any associated server records, use the Account & data deletion page or email paizamoneymanager@gmail.com from the Google address you connected. We may verify ownership before acting. You can also contact us about access, correction or other privacy requests. Provider billing/fraud-prevention records may be retained under the provider's applicable legal requirements; deletion requests do not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions.
